By appointing Omraf.com consultants, the Client agrees to the terms set forth in this document. Services provided may include consultancy, advisory communications, document preparation, and other agreed-upon support functions.

1. Standard consultancy fees are as follows:

   £150 per hour for consultation and advisory services
   £20 per message (including SMS, messaging apps, or internal platform messages)
   £50 per email correspondence

2. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. All invoices must be settled within the timeframe stipulated on the invoice.

1. All fees paid to Omraf.com are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome or Client satisfaction.
2. The only exception to this policy is where a specific written performance guarantee has been provided to the Client by Omraf.com.

1. Where a guarantee of performance is issued in writing, and Omraf.com fails to deliver the agreed outcome, a refund may be applicable.
2. Any such refund will be processed 30 days after the expiry of the non-performance claim period, subject to internal verification and validation.
3. The Client must notify Omraf.com in writing within 7 days after the performance period ends to initiate a claim under the guarantee.
4. Omraf.com reserves the right to assess whether non-performance is attributable to factors within its control.

The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the provision of consultancy services. Delays or issues caused by Client inaction, miscommunication, or incomplete documentation shall not constitute grounds for refunds.

Omraf.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, arising from the use of its services.

Omraf.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the website or direct communication. The Client may terminate the engagement at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused time or partial services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
